1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.daisylutravel.com and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Agency Agreement & Payment Handling

DaisyLu LLC DBA DaisyLu Travel acts solely as an independent agent for the cruise lines (like Virgin Voyages), festival organizers (like Whet Travel/Groove Cruise), hotels, and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers") providing your travel services.

• Authorizations: All trip details, proposals, and secure credit card authorizations are managed via Travefy.
• Supplier Payments: For primary bookings, we securely collect your credit card information and submit it directly to the Supplier (e.g., Virgin Voyages) for processing.
• Additional Services: Payments for supplementary services or fees may be processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize DaisyLu Travel to charge your card for the agreed-upon amounts.

3. Professional Consultation Fees

DaisyLu Travel charges a non-refundable professional fee for travel consultation and proposal curation:

• Virgin Voyages Consultations: $100.00
• GCFamConnect Intake: $25.00

These fees are payment for our time, expertise, and research. Payment of these fees does not guarantee cabin availability or specific pricing until a booking is confirmed with the travel provider.

4. Refund Policy & Cancellations

• Consultation Fees: These are strictly non-refundable once the consultation session has been booked, as the work to review your Experience Survey and prepare your proposals begins immediately.
• Travel Bookings: Refunds for cruise fares, hotels, or insurance are governed strictly by the cancellation policies of the respective travel providers (e.g., Virgin Voyages’ "no refund" deposit policy). DaisyLu Travel is not responsible for provider-imposed penalties.
• Prompt Refund Disclosure: Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service.
  

5. The "No-BS" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

 While Michael and I strive for a flawless experience, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of any Supplier. We are not liable for:

• Changes in ship itineraries or artist lineups.
  
• Technical glitches within the Virgin Voyages or Groove Cruise booking apps.
  
• Flight delays, weather events, or "Acts of God."

We highly recommend all clients purchase the travel insurance we include in our proposals. In no event shall DaisyLu Travel be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your trip or the use of our website.

6. Client Responsibilities

To provide the "Signal," we need your cooperation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate legal names exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID or passport.
• Complete the Experience Survey at least 24 hours before our scheduled call.
• Review all booking confirmations and itineraries for accuracy within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Mandatory Disclosures from Sellers of Travel (California)

DaisyLu LLC DBA DaisyLu Travel complies with the California Seller of Travel Act.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including our "No-BS" guides and proprietary "Signal" branding, is the property of DaisyLu Travel. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
